A Perry woman faces several charges after she allegedly struck a female in the abdomen and threw a cell phone at another woman striking her in the leg after an incident on August 15, 2019 in Perry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An investigation revealed that Beth Lennon, 52, of Perry, engaged in an argument with two other woman in a lobby of an apartment building and became aggressive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further investigation revealed that Lennon became physically aggressive in the presence of a 4 year old, a 12 year old and a 15 day old that were also in the lobby. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lennon is charged with two counts of harassment 2nd<\/sup> and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was arraigned in front of Justice Miller and released on recognizance. Orders of Protections were also issued to the victims. \u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
