On April 22, 2017, about 9:01p.m., Officer Smith observed Justin Dake, 20, of Perry, operating a motor vehicle on Gardeau Road without headlights.<\/p>\n

Dake was stopped and through further investigation, it was discovered that Dake had a suspended driver\u2019s license and was driving while under the influence of drugs.<\/p>\n

He is charged with operating a motor vehicle without headlights, no front plate, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and DWI\/drugs.<\/p>\n

Dake is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

Officer Smith was assisted by Officer Ferry and Deputy Chase who is a Drug Recognition Expert.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
