Hussong, 54, of Portageville, NY, for driving while ability impaired by drugs.<br><br>Troopers responded to a two-vehicle property damage on Route 39 and Rider Road in the town of Perry.\u00a0 While interviewing Hussong, Troopers observed that she had slurred speech and other impairments.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests and determined Hussong was impaired by drugs.\u00a0 She later advised Troopers she had smoked crack prior to driving.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers arrested Hussong for driving while ability impaired by drugs.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was transported to State Police Barracks in Warsaw and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).\u00a0 She was processed and released on appearance tickets.\u00a0 Hussong is to appear in the town of Perry Court on September 4, 2019 at 6:00PM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On August 8, 2019, Troopers out of Warsaw arrested Kim M.
