Previty arrived on location and spoke to the driver, Karin L. Rice, 28, of Perry, who stated she went off the roadway to avoid a deer. Rice and her passenger were not injured in the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Further investigation showed that Rice was driving while intoxicated.\u00a0 She was transported to the Warsaw Police Department for a breath test and arrested for DWI.<\/p>\n<p>Rice is charged with failure to keep right, DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more.
