Alan R. Price, 24, of Chili Ave., Rochester, is charged with strangulation 2nd, criminal contempt 1st and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on North Spruce street on April 11, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Price was arraigned on August 12, 2019 in City Court and held on $5,000 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He re-appeared in City Court on August 14, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaleb J. Bobzien, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st following a domestic incident on Dellinger avenue on August 22, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bobzien allegedly had contact with a protected person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was processed at the jail and arraigned in City Court by Judge Balbick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bobzien was held without bail. He is will re-appear in court later today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor L. Finnin, 26, of Highland Park, Batavia, was arrested on a warrant issued by City Court for possession of a hypodermic instrument and loitering, unlawful use of a controlled substance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finnin was arraigned in City Court and is being held at the Jail on $1,500 cash bail and $3,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finnin re-appeared in court on August 22, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danielle E. Cummings, 41, of Batavia Oakfield Townline road, Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st after being observed operating a motor vehicle while having 17 active suspensions, 15 on twelve dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cummings was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $500 bail, pending her next court appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ashley M. Silliman, 23, of W. Genesee St., Corfu, is charged with petit larceny following a complaint that she was shoplifting at the Dollar General store at 412 East Main street on August 21, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
