Ralston, 32, and her husband Robert R. Ralston,\n46, were charged with Welfare Fraud 4th Degree, a Felony, Offering a False\nInstrument to File 1st Degree, after an investigation by the Wyoming County\nSheriff\u2019s Office and the Department of Social Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is alleged that the couple failed to report all household income when they were living in Wyoming  County. By failing to report all income they received $3,085.25 in county taxpayer benefits that they were not entitled to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ralston\u2019s have a return court date in the Town  of Warsaw Court on 09\/23\/19.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press release A Dansville couple is facing welfare charges after they allegedly filed false documents with the Department of Social Services.
