Balser, 30, of Cheektowaga was arrested for DWI during a specialized Crackdown STOP DWI patrol on Rt. 98 in Java on August 25, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Balser was stopped by deputies when she was observed speeding, crossing the center lines of the roadway along with the white fog line numerous times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A roadside investigation along with field sobriety testing was completed and Balser was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. She was transported to the Arcade Police Department where she supplied a breath sample over the legal limit of 0.08%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Balser is charged with speeding, driving across hazard markings, failure to keep right, DWI, and driving with a BAC of .08 or more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was released with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Java Court on September 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tidds Towing and the Arcade Police Department assisted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brittany A.
