Hilton provided a breath sample while at the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office which showed Hilton to have a BAC of .16%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hilton was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over.08%, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the 1<sup>st<\/sup> degree.
