Ryan M. Sharlow, 49, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with assault 2nd, menacing 2nd\/with a weapon and criminal mischief after deputies were called to a residence on School road in Stafford for a disturbance on August 28, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sharlow allegedly struck a victim with a blunt object which caused physical injury and then threatened another victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sharlow was arraigned in the Town of Stafford Court and was remanded to the jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will re-appear in Town of Stafford Court on September 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael E. George, 56, of Lewiston Rd., Oakfield, is charged with DWI(with previous convictions), aggravated DWI, with a child under 18 years of age(previous conviction within 10 years), and moving from a lane unsafely following a traffic stop on RT. 63 in the Town of Batavia on August 31, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
George was arraigned in the Town of Batavia Court by Judge Cleveland and remanded to the jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail and $2,500 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He will re-appear in the Town of Batavia Court on September 23, 2019 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hull will appear in LeRoy Town Court on September 16, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
