Andrew J. Rock, 33, of Judge Rd., is charged with harassment 2nd, strangulation 2nd, petit larceny and criminal trespass 2nd following an alleged domestic incident on N. Spruce street on September 2, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rock was arraigned in City Court where he was committed to the Genesee County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will re-appear in City Court later today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patrick B. Shores, 32, of Main Rd., Stafford, turned himself in on a City Court\/Batavia Police arrest warrant for failure to appear after appearance ticket served on August 27, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shores was arraigned in City Court and released on recognizance and is scheduled to appear in City Court on September 11, 2019 at 12:30p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minnie M. Henry, 31, of Central Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd after an investigation into a domestic incident on August 22, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Henry was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in City Court on September 3, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenna L. Josephite, 30, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a larceny at Tops at 390 West Main street on August 29, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Josephite was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing. She was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on September 10, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tonya M. Weber-Jackson, 35, of Highland Park, Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department and turned over the Batavia Police on September 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 2, 2019, Weber-Jackson was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $1,000 bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She will return to court on September 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
