Jahmiere D. Smith, 18, or of Rohr St., Rochester, is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies, after being picked up by the Rochester Police Department during an unrelated matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smith was found to have an active warrant out of Genesee County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was taken into custody by the Rochester Police Department and then turned over to a Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smith allegedly sold a quantity of heroin to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smith was arraigned in Genesee County Court and Judge Charles Zambito remanded him to the Genesee County Jail, with bail set at $1,500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
