Jordan, 47, of Warsaw, NY for DWI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During their investigation of a motorcycle accident on Route 16 in the town of Yorkshire, Jordan, the driver, was exhibiting signs of intoxication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Jordan was transported to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital for treatment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jordan was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear in October.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 3, 2019, Troopers in Machias arrested Brent L.
