Gaudioso, 30, of Albion Rd., Oakfield, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a NYS license plate that did not belong to him on Main street in Corfu on August 15, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gaudioso was transported to the Genesee County Jail and released on an appearance ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He is due in Corfu Village Court on October 7, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebony S. Sanders, 41, of Lake Ave., Rochester, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and speeding in a zone after a traffic stop on Rt. 490 in LeRoy following the observation of a vehicle and traffic violation on September 3, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a roadside interview with Sanders, the odor of burnt marijuana was detected emanating from inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A vehicle search was conducted and Sanders was allegedly in possession of a quantity of marijuana inside her vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of LeRoy Court on October 1, 2019 at 2:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joshua M.
