Kay E. Dilker, 29, of Sunset Dr., Holley, and Joseph Turner, 37, no address provided, are each charged with petit larceny after they allegedly stole $75.00 worth of Reese’s peanut butter cups form Tops Supermarket at 390 West Main street on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Patrols were dispatched to Tops about 11:05a.m. for a shoplifting larceny in progress. Both Dilker and Turner attempted to evade police by jumping over a fence and running behind yards on Redfield Parkway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dilker and Turner were arraigned in City Court this afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dilker was remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 cash and $5,000 bond bail and will re-appear in court on September 12, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turner was released under the supervision of Genesee Justice and will re-appear in court on October 3, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
