Castonguay, age 29, of Amherst, NY, for Criminal Sex Act 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree (4 counts), Official Misconduct (4 counts) and Rape 3<sup>rd<\/sup> degree (2 counts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On May 13, 2019, the BCI commenced a joint investigation with the Department of Corrections and Community Supervision Office of Special Investigations following a criminal complaint that Castonguay, a correction officer, had unlawful sexual relations with a female inmate at the Albion Correctional Facility, a&nbsp;facility in the Town of Albion.&nbsp; The joint investigation revealed a further allegation that Castonguay had unlawful sexual relations with a second female inmate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Castonguay was arrested, processed at SP Albion and released with an appearance in Town of Albion Court in late September 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press release On September 13, 2019 the Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) arrested James W.
