Factor-Hamilton, 18, of Kalar Rd. Niagara Falls, Canada, was arrested for harassment 2nd, resisting arrest and criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd after allegedly slamming a gate into a Sheriff\u2019s Deputy, resisting that arrest and then being found in possession of a fictitious Quebec Identification Card.  Kaylauni was arraigned in Alexander Town Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Following were issued appearance tickets to appear October 8, 2019 at 3 PM:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joseph M. Dilaura III, 26, of McKoon Ave., Niagara Falls, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kyle W. Ruge, 23, of Polaski St., Freedom, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jacob M. Bell III, 21, of Post 5, Niagara Falls, Canada, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly striking a Live Nation Employee in the face.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donald P. Mullen Jr.,21, of Locust St., Lockport, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyler L. McKeown, 21, of Robinson Rd.,  Lockport, NY, was arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kennedy R. Kuzma-Ball, 21, of Locust St., Lockport, NY, was, arrested for trespass after allegedly attempting to re-enter the concert venue after being ejected and told not to return.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brittany C. Cotton, 25, of Trent Sq., Cheektowaga, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly shoving a Live Nation employee.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kesi F. Muhammad, 25, of West Ave. ,Buffalo, NY, was arrested for harassment 2nd after allegedly shoving a Live Nation employee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Takiesha M.
