Govenettio was arrested for operating a suspended vehicle and issued citations for speeding and operation of a suspended vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Govenettio is to answer the charges on October 14, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Town of Sheldon Court. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James A. Dell, Sr., 55, of Warsaw, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Warsaw on September 16, 2019.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dell was stopped after deputies observed him driving.
