David C. McClary, 29, of Mt. Hope Ave., Rochester, was taken into custody by Monroe County Probation on September 16, 2019 and turned over to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McClary had two active arrest warrants and allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions in and around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McClary was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Charles Zambito and remanded to the jail with bail set at $10,000 cash \/$20,000 bond<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
