McKague, 27, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and harassment 2nd after allegedly striking his girlfriend during a domestic dispute.<\/p>\n<p>There was a refrain from order of protection between McKague and his girlfriend which he allegedly violated during the incident on May 1, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>McKague was released on recognizance and will re-appear in court on June 26, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Timothy M. Weinstein, 45, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and aggravated family offense after allegedly making several phone calls to a protected party while at 14 West Main street, the Genesee County Jail, on May 3, 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Weinstein was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the the Genesee County Jail.<\/p>\n<p>He will re-appear in City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richard D.
