AND THE MEDINA POLICE DEPT., EXECUTED A SEARCH WARRANT ON AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS LOCATED ON WEST ALBION ST., IN THE VILLAGE OF HOLLEY, N.Y. IN AN APARTMENT LOCATED AT 11105 TELEGRAPH RD. ROOM 7, MEDINA, N.Y.<\/p>\n<p>POLICE ARRESTED:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><u>ANDREW L. COLEY<\/u><\/strong>, AGE 19, OF PLATT ST., ALBION, N.Y. HE IS CHARGED WITH:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL SALE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE. (CLASS B FELONIES).<\/p>\n<p>3 COUNTS OF CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IN THE THIRD DEGREE.(CLASS B FELONIES).<\/p>\n<p>COLEY WAS ARRAIGNED IN TOWN OF RIDGEWAY JUSTICE COURT, BY THE HON. JOSEPH R.
