On or about January 29, 2017, Saab Jr. knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in a dwelling on North Lyon street in the City of Batavia, with intent to commit a crime.<\/p>\n
In count two of the indictment, Saab Jr. is accused of the crime of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony.<\/p>\n
On or about January 29, 2017, in the City of Batavia, Saab Jr. is accused of being in violation of an order of protection with intent to harass, annoy, threaten or alarm the person for whose protection the order was issued. Saab Jr. is accused of shoving, kicking and subjecting the other person to physical contact.<\/p>\n

Christopher R. Stowell has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, a class E felony.<\/p>\n
On or about September 6, 2017, in the Town of Pavilion, Stowell did operate a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle on Rt. 20, driving in a westerly direction.<\/p>\n
Stowell held a conditional license at the time of operating the motorcycle and Stowell is accused of operating the motorcycle under the influence of alcohol.<\/p>\n
In the second count, Stowell is accused of driving while ability impaired by alcohol and driving while his ability to a operate such motorcycle was impaired by the consumption of alcohol.<\/p>\n
In count three, Stowell is accused of operating the motorcycle in violation of the terms of his conditional license.<\/p>\n
