Cook, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest after an incident at 45 Ellicott street on September 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While being arrested, Cook allegedly fought with police and resisted arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook was arraigned in City Court and re-appeared earlier today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kody A. Wenzel, 27, of Lewis Pl., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at 412 East Main street on September 25, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenzel allegedly stole merchandise from a business at 412 East Main street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenzel was issued an appearance ticket and released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She appeared in City Court on October 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wendy L. Root, 50, of Quaker Hill Rd., Albion, is charged with petit larceny after she was caught allegedly shoplifting from a business at 412 East Main street on October 1, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Root was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 15, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nikkia M. Blackshear, 22, of Thorpe St., Batavia, is charged with unnecessary noise after a report of loud noise on September 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Blackshear was issued an appearance ticket for allegedly playing loud music on Thorpe street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She will appear in City Court on October 15, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rae C.
