Brett N. Magoffin, 41, of Genesee St., Pembroke, is charged with assault 3rd after an alleged domestic dispute with his wife on May 5, 2017 at about 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n
Magoffin was arrested following a police investigation.<\/p>\n
He was arraigned in the Town of Pembroke Court and will re-appear at a later date.<\/p>\n

Evan M. Wilson, 23, of Macedon Center Rd., Palmyra, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st , DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, speed over 55mph(77\/55) and unregistered motor vehicle after being stopped for allegedly speeding on Lake street road in LeRoy on May 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
Wilson was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court and was jailed on $2,500 cash bail. He will re-appear at a later date.<\/p>\n

A 17 year old male, of Pavilion, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after a suspicious condition call in the parking lot of the Alexander Deli on Main street in Alexander on May 6, 2017.<\/p>\n
The teen was allegedly found to be in possession of an amount of marijuana and a smoking device.<\/p>\n
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Alexander Court on May 23, 2017 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n
