David Vega, 54, of Buell St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, more than 10 suspensions on 10 different dates, and unsecured front plate, after a traffic stop on North Spruce street on October 8, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vega has a suspended and revoked NYS driver’s license with 33 suspensions and revocations, 30 were on 20 separate dates, police say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vega was jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail. He re-appeared in City Court on October 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also charged is Jennifer J. Hogan, 26, of Buell St, Batavia. She was found to allegedly be in possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana and an open container of beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hogan is charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She was jailed in lieu of $10,000 cash and $20,000 bond bail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hogan re-appeared in City Court on October 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nathan Falsone, 35, of East Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief and unlawful imprisonment following an investigation into a domestic incident on East Main street on October 9, 2019 at 4:34a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Falsone was arraigned in City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
