Sheriff’s Deputies Ryan DeLong and Jered Swimline arrested three Rochester area residents during a traffic stop on Rt. 33 in Byron on Thursday morning October 10, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After an investigation all three are facing drug charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williams, Barnwell-McClary, Chin <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marvelous C. Williams, 32, of White Swan Dr., Greece, NY, Chance J. Barnwell-McClary, 23, of Stunz St., Rochester, and Raquel Chin, 30, of East Main St., Rochester, are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd, a class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies allege that during the traffic stop they found 47 bags of Fentanyl inside the vehicle along with a large amount of drug packaging materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three occupants were arrested and arraigned in the Town of Byron Court and jailed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Williams is being held on $20,000 cash bail and $40,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barnwell-McClary is being held on $15,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chin is being held on $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deputies were assisted by the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force, NYS Police K-9 handler Trooper Sean Gourdine and K-9 “Ash” and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
