However, on the extra point, the kicker had to retrieve a bad snap and was unable to take the extra point kick, the difference in the game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the second quarter, LeRoy responded with a pass play to Cody Lytle in the back of the end zone to tie the score 6-6. The extra point was good after Nate Andrews put the ball through the uprights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the third quarter, LeRoy ate up the clock. <br>In the 4th, Andrew Englerth made a big first down with about three minutes to go and LeRoy was able to steal the win, ending the game with a couple of kneel downs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next week LeRoy(6-0) will play Wayland Cohocton at home.<br>Letsaw(5-1) will travel to Wellsville. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The LeRoy Knights remain undefeated, putting in a solid defensive effort and coming away with a 7-6 win over Letchworth\/Warsaw at Warsaw High School on Friday night.
