Corrie L. Mann, 36, of Portageville, was arrested May 5th<\/sup>, following a traffic stop on Route 436 in the Town of Genesee Falls.<\/p>\n

Mann was stopped by Wyoming County Deputies for a window tint violation and following a roadside investigation, Mann was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated.<\/p>\n

Mann was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office where she supplied a breath sample which showed a blood alcohol content that did not match the observed impairment.<\/p>\n

Mann underwent a drug influence evaluation by a certified drug recognition expert and was determined to be impaired by Central Nervous System stimulants and alcohol.<\/p>\n

Due to a prior DWI conviction in 2012, Mann\u2019s arrest became a felony.<\/p>\n

Mann is charged with windows not transparent, felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while ability impaired by a drug, and felony driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol.<\/p>\n

She was arraigned in the Town of Genesee Falls and released on her own recognizance. Mann will answer the charges in Town Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

The Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Department arrested Kevin P Haynes, 47, of Arcade, following an investigation of a violation of an order of protection on May 6, 2017.<\/p>\n

Deputies were contacted regarding Haynes coming into contact with a person where there was a valid stay away order of protection.<\/p>\n

During the investigation, it was found Haynes had been charged and convicted of criminal contempt within the last five years.<\/p>\n

Haynes was arrested and arraigned on the charges of criminal contempt 1st<\/sup> and an aggravated family offense in the Village of Arcade Court.<\/p>\n

Judge Salzer committed Haynes to jail with no bail with a return date of June 15th<\/sup>, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.<\/p>\n

Ryan Fisher, 28, of Perry, was arrested following a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Warsaw on May 3, 2017.<\/p>\n

Fisher was stopped because his vehicle registration was expired.<\/p>\n

Fisher failed roadside field tests and was arrested for Driving While Impaired by Drugs. He was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert and found to be impaired by a stimulant.<\/p>\n

Fisher is charged with Driving While Impaired by Drugs (Misdemeanor) and unregistered motor vehicle.<\/p>\n

Fisher is to appear in the Village of Warsaw Court on May 22, 2017. The New York State Police assisted with the roadside investigation.<\/p>\n
