Miles, 23, of Sixth St., Rochester, was arrested on a City Court warrant after he allegedly failed to appear on a subpoena on September 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miles is charged with criminal contempt 2nd. He was arraigned before Judge Balbick and jailed on $1,000 bail\/bond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miles is due back in court on October 17, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nateeka M. Gibson, 30, of Tracy Ave., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following a larceny investigation at a local grocery store at 45 Ellicott street on October 10, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gibson was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 22, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shannon G. Draper, 45, of Oak St., Pavilion, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after he was observed to be in the presence of a party who has an active stay away order of protection against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Draper was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in court yesterday.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brian N.
