He will serve 22 years in state prison and 15 years post release supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"900\" height=\"507\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XGpMS0XJaPo?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span>\n<\/div><figcaption>Video of sentencing on October 24, 2019<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hildreth set up a camera and videotaped a 14 year old child.  In addition, he engaged in sexual acts with the child victim over a period of time.  The charges arose when the victim came forward in the State of Missouri, to report the abuse.  As a result of those actions, Missouri Law Enforcement, the New York State Police, and the United States Department of Homeland Security &#8211; Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed multiple search warrants in both the State of Missouri as well as in Wyoming County, New York.  During the execution of those search warrants, they located the camera that was used as well as numerous images of unknown children being sexually abused.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hildreth is still facing Federal charges in the case and a detainer has been placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An Order of Protection was also issued until 2058 for the victim.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Shayne Hildreth, 39, of Eagle, was sentenced to the maximum in Wyoming County Court on Thursday morning.
