Paul D. Hussey, 64, of Geneseo, NY, pleaded guilty in Genesee County Court in July to one count of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class C felony and two counts of reckless endangerment 1st, a class D felony, after attempting to run over patrons at the Northgate Free Methodist Church at 8160 Bank Street road in Batavia on August 8, 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Hussey was scheduled to be sentenced, however, he did not show up in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A bench warrant has now been issued for his arrest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hussey appeared with his attorney Raymond Sciarrino in July and admitted that he was in possession of a quantity of a controlled substance and admitted to recklessly endangering two people with conduct that caused a grave risk of death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hussey was facing 1 2\/3-5 years in prison with 1-2 years of post release supervision. Now the maximum he will face is 2 1\/3-7 years as an indeterminate sentence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was out on $25,000 bail. Hussey has 30 days before his bail is forfeited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
