Cook III, 26, of Galloway Rd., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an investigation into a physical domestic incident on Galloway road on October 24, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook allegedly punched another person with a closed fist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 7, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raymond D. Bieganski, 66, of Main St., Corfu, was arrested for violating the NYS Corrections Law by failing to register his email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bieganski was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Village of Corfu Court on November 4, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justin D. Spilberg, 31, of Saltworks Rd., Medina, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more and speeding in a zone following a traffic stop for speeding in the Town of Bergen on N. Lake street road on October 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spilberg was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on November 6, 2019 at 5:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kenneth W.
