Linda P. Thomas, 64, of W. Main St. Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, a class B felony, two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th, a class D felony, after an investigation into the sale and possession of controlled substances in and around the City of Batavia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thomas allegedly sold a quantity of hydrocodone to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on one occasion and quantities of alprazolam on two other occasions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thomas was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Charles Zambito and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
