Lizbet D. Cramer, 42, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with failure to exercise control of a minor after Cramer allegedly allowed a child to violate curfew, failing to abide by probation stipulations. The incident occurred on September 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cramer was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 12, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cole was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 12, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clark was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ridge A. Bono, 28, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following a complaint at UMMC at 127 North street on October 20, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bono has been previously banned from the property at 127 North street and was in violation when present on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bono was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on November 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
