Cox Jr. allegedly possessed contraband inside the Genesee County Jail and allegedly attempted to conceal it from jail staff .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cox Jr. appeared in City Court on November 5, 2019 for arraignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scott E. Hodgins, 55, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with possession of contraband while in prison after an investigation into drug paraphernalia located at the Genesee County Jail on November 4, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hodgins was issued an appearance ticket and appeared in City Court on November 5, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Santiago Jr. allegedly possessed contraband inside the jail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
