Frank Jr., 23, of Belfast NY, for criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th<\/sup> degree, criminal possession of marijuana 4th degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana second degree, following a traffic stop for speeding in zone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
