{"id":12177,"date":"2019-11-12T10:54:06","date_gmt":"2019-11-12T15:54:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/?p=12177"},"modified":"2019-11-12T10:54:06","modified_gmt":"2019-11-12T15:54:06","slug":"wyoming-county-sheriffs-report-palmyra-man-charged-during-traffic-stop-in-pike","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/videonewsservice.net\/index.php\/2019\/11\/12\/wyoming-county-sheriffs-report-palmyra-man-charged-during-traffic-stop-in-pike\/","title":{"rendered":"WYOMING COUNTY SHERIFF&#8217;S REPORT\/Palmyra man charged during traffic stop in Pike"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 10, 2019 at approximately 2:00a.m., Andrew Stanton, 36, of Palmyra, NY, was arrested following a traffic stop that occurred on Lamont Road in the Town of Pike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stanton was stopped for failure to keep right and uninspected motor vehicle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stanton failed field sobriety testing and was found to be impaired by alcohol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stanton is charged with failure to keep right, uninspected motor vehicle, DWI, and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC .18% or more.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stanton was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Pike Town Court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 9, 2019, at approximately 1:00 a.m., following a traffic stop on Route 19 in the Town of Middlebury, Mercedes E.
