Almeter, 54, of Eagle, NY, for aggravated DWI.<br><br>At 12:03A.M.\u00a0, Troopers out of SP Warsaw responded to a motor vehicle in a ditch on Bray Road, town of Freedom.\u00a0 Troopers determined that Almeter was allegedly impaired by alcohol and administered Standard Field Sobriety Tests, which he failed.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almeter was placed under arrest for DWI\/alcohol and processed at State Police barracks in Warsaw.\u00a0 A chemical breath test revealed that Almeter allegedly had a 0.19% BAC.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Almeter was released and issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Freedom Court on December 17, 2019.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRESS RELEASE On November 17, 2019, Troopers out of SP\/Warsaw arrested Francis X.
