Bobzien, 21, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a stay away order of protection issued out of City Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The incident occurred on October 20, 2019 at 10:31p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bobzien was arrested on November 18, 2019 and will appear in City Court on November 26, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ricky L. Miller II, 37, of N.
