Cynthia M. Mack, 52, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with assault 3rd and criminal contempt 1st following an incident on South Swan street on November 15, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mack allegedly punched a person in the face, causing a laceration. The victim also had an order of protection against Mack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
