Main Street when a vehicle was observed with one headlight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A traffic stop was initiated and the operator, Celestino Barrera-Antunez, 39, of Batavia, was observed with bloodshot eyes and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officer Smith conducted roadside sobriety tests and deemed that Barrera-Antunez was allegedly impaired by alcohol and could not operate a motor vehicle safely.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barrera-Antunez is charged with operating  a motor vehicle with one headlight, DWI and driving with a BAC of .08% or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barrera-Antunez was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Perry Village Court at a later date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Officer David Spink assisted in the arrest.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday November 22, 2019 at approximately 12:12a.m., Officer Smith was on routine patrol on S.
