The victim admitted to masturbating the defendant and exchanging pictures of his penis while watching pornography. &#8220;There was physical contact,&#8221; Balbick said.<\/p>\n<p>As part of his probation, Antinore cannot own a device with internet capabilities. He also cannot use a computer with internet services.<\/p>\n<p>Even though Antinore will not have to register as a sex offender, he will have to enter a sex offender treatment program as part of the terms of probation.<\/p>\n<p>Meyer told the court his client will be looking for employment since he had to surrender his teaching license and that will be difficult without internet access.<\/p>\n<p>Balbick disagreed with Meyer and then told Antinore that what he did was inexcusable as a teacher.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve got to send you a message,&#8221; Balbick said<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A former City of Batavia middle school teacher was sentenced in front of City Court Judge Robert Balbick Wednesday morning.
