On December 1, 2019, Officers from the Perry Police Department performed a routine traffic stop on North Center Street. Upon stopping the vehicle, it was found that the driver, Jessica Gilbert-Padro, 28, of Geneseo, New York, appeared to be operating a motor vehicle under impairment and was asked to submit to field sobriety testing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gilbert-Padro, after performing poorly on field sobriety testing, was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. A breath test later revealed that Gilbert-Padro was allegedly operating a motor vehicle with a .09% BAC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
