Jerrol P. Newell, 50, of E. Main St., Corfu, is charged with three counts of strangulation 2nd, unlawful imprisonment 1st, menacing 2nd\/displaying weapon or dangerous instrument, and assault 3rd, after a domestic incident in Corfu on November 29, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newell was arraigned in Pembroke Town Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At this time the case is still under investigation and additional charges are pending.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
