Santiago, 20, of Walnut St., Batavia, is charged with harassment and obstruction of governmental administration following a domestic incident at Jackson and Maple street on November 24, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Santiago was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on December 3, 2019 at 1:30p.m..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zachary J. Marrow, 28, of Manhattan Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI and aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, after allegedly driving while intoxicated on East Main street on November 16, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marrow was issued citations and will appear in City Court on December 11, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jonathan B. White, 27, of Buffalo St., Bergen, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating  a full stay away order of protection on Ross street on November 13, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">White allegedly had contact with a person who he is court ordered to stay away from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was arraigned in City Court and held on $1,000 cash or bond bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">White re-appeared in City Court on November 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daniel S.
