Mark T. Helm, 38, of State St., Batavia, is charged with assault 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child after allegedly striking another person in front of four children on November 24, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident caused serious physical injury to the victim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Helm was arraigned in City Court and held without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He returned to court on November 26, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ross D. Rahn, 24, of Main St., LeRoy, is charged with DWAI, stopping on a highway and moving froma a lane unsafely after police responded to a call for a vehicle parked crossways in the road on West Main street near Vernon avenue on December 2, 2019 at 1:28a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rahn was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on December 18, 2019 at 9:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kiha S. McNear, 22, of Lake St., LeRoy, is charged with criminal mischief, criminal contempt 2nd, aggravated criminal contempt\/previous conviction, and burglary 2nd\/illegal entry, after allegedly entering the residence of a person who has an order of protection against him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident occurred on November 25, 2019. McNear also allegedly damaged some of the person’s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in City Court on November 26, 2019 and will return to court on December 5, 2019 at 10:00a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melynda M. Gayhart, 31, of Hutchins Street, Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant out of City Court on November 25, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gayhart was allegedly involved in a larceny incident on February 17, 2019 on East Main street..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
