Shane H. Zimblis, 48, of S. Swan St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 1st, criminal mischief 4th and unlawful imprisonment, after police responded to a residence on S. Swan street for a possible physical domestic incident on December 2, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following an investigation, Zimblis allegedly violated an order of protection during a physical altercation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was arraigned in City Court and jailed on no bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zimblis will re-appear in court today at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Robert D. Griffin, 41, of State St., Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant stemming from a previous domestic incident where he was charged with two counts of criminal contempt 1st, burglary 2nd and endangering the welfare of a child less than 17 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin was arraigned in City Court on December 3, 2019 and held without bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is to re-appear in court later today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christopher P. Thomas, 35, of State St., Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant on December 3, 2019 after failing to appear in court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
