A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Jon N. Roblee, 44, of Summit St., Batavia, after a disturbance on Summit street in September of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roblee is accused of menacing 2nd, a class E felony, after intentionally placing another person in fear of physical injury, serious physical injury or death by displaying a dangerous instrument, a metal pipe, on September 29, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In count 2, Roblee is accused of obstructing governmental administration 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, after allegedly intentionally obstructing or impairing the administration of law or other governmental function or preventing or attempted to prevent a public servant from perofrming an official function by means of intimidation, physical force or interference or by means of any unlawful act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roblee was previously convicted of menacing 2nd on November 7, 2011 in City Court in Batavia. The conviction was within 10 years previous to the current alleged crime.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
