Crockett, 39, of Woleben Rd., Portland, NY, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation at a hotel on Park road on December 7, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crockett allegedly stole various gift cards valued at $225 from a Christmas party that was being held at a local hotel. Crockett was apprehended in his hotel room with the stolen property in his possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Batavia Court on December 19, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brian L.
