Mark A. Brace, 51, of Bliss, was arrested on December 7, 2019 following a traffic stop in the Town of Genesee Falls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brace was observed by Sgt. Chase of the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office driving erratically on Route 19A and Griffith Road. Brace was stopped, and following a roadside investigation, which included field sobriety testing, he was placed under arrest for DWI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brace was transported to the Sheriff\u2019s Office where he supplied a breath sample that was over 0.08%. He is charged with moving from a lane unsafely, failure to keep right, DWI, and driving with BAC of .08 or more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brace was released to a sober third party and will appear in the Town of Genesee Falls Court on January 8, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On November 30, 2019, the Wyoming County Sheriff\u2019s Office arrested Kartikeya Saxenajain, 32, of Taylor , Michigan, for driving with a suspended registration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Saxenajain is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and expired inspection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
