Karen M. Lau, 54, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, after allegedly driving while intoxicated on November 30, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lau was found sleeping in the driver’s seat of her vehicle in the parking lot of a local business at 563 East Main street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lau was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on December 18, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyle J. Schroeder, 23, of Telephone Rd., LeRoy, is charged with petit larceny after allegedly taking an item out of the packaging at 412 East Main street and then attempting to conceal that item on December 8, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Schroeder then allegedly placed the empty packaging in a shelf and continued through the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Schroeder was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 17, 2019 at 1:00p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melody J. McMaster, 48, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after violating an order of protection on December 9, 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
McMaster was allegedly at the protected party’s residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
